If somebody sent you a document to sign, open the link in your email. It takes you straight to your own copy, and only you can open it.
If you are checking that a signed document is real, you were given a certificate address. Open that link and it will show you who signed it and when.
Lost your link? Reply to the email that sent it and ask for a new one. We cannot send you somebody else's document.
